As part of the wider TikTok Shop UK Creator Operations team, the Creator team is responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and incubating new creators to the TikTok Shop UK ecosystem. Focused on driving early-stage creator success, improving activation rates, and building a scalable pipeline of high-potential creator partners. The Creator Strategy Operations Manager role is to accelerate TikTok Shop Creator ecosystem growth through data‑driven strategy design, creator eco‑system analysis and affiliate product optimization.
You will be responsible for:
- TikTok Shop Creator scaling & ecosystem health
- TikTok Shop Creator‑driven GMV growth
- TikTok Shop Affiliate GMV penetration rate for main industries
Design TikTok Shop creator growth strategies with focus on long‑term creator ecosystem health. Refine short video content supply strategies to drive scale growth via supply structure optimization. Execute creator research & ecosystem studies to drive affiliate product optimization to improve creator experience. Collaborate with governance teams to define high‑potential creator protection strategy and work on creator education materials. Drive cross‑category collaboration with key industries (Beauty/Fashion/H&L/FMCG). Delivery Creator growth path and content supply quality and efficiency analysis. Support in quarterly budget planning, creator management SOP defining, and KPI decomposition. Deliver periodic reports (monthly/quarterly/annual) including growth diagnostics for overall TTS creator.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in creator growth / affiliate marketing strategy area.
- E‑commerce platform operation background and familiar with product and creators matchmaking.
- Strong strategy planning and data analysis ability is required.
- Good knowledge of affiliate marketing products and TikTok shop eco‑system.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop and affiliate tools is a strong plus.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast‑paced working environment.
