Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic GNE (Governance and Experience) business partner, advising country leadership and regional stakeholders while representing local market realities, risks, and opportunities in regional decision-making.
- Translate market insights into actionable improvements by building a strong feedback loop between country and regional Policy, Product, Operations, Governance, and other cross-functional teams.
- Proactively identify and resolve governance and operational risks, conducting structured root-cause analyses and driving cross-functional mitigation plans through to measurable outcomes.
- Own the market health and operational performance, monitoring key indicators - including NPS, CSAT, complaint rates, enforcement trends, appeal outcomes, escalations, and service delivery to detect anomalies and generate actionable recommendations.
- Lead policy localization, go-to-market execution, and market enablement, ensuring regional policies and operating models reflect specific needs through localized guidance, training and internal communications.
- Drive business operations excellence at scale by establishing robust frameworks for risk monitoring, issue management, performance reviews, and implementation tracking, while leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency and decision quality.
Minimum Qualification(s)
- English and Turkish speaking.
- Relevant experience in business operations, strategy, program management, governance, policy, or platform operations, preferably in technology, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including trend analysis, root-cause analysis, and translating insights into action.
- Proven ability to build operating mechanisms, improve processes, and monitor business or operational health.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management, execution, prioritization, and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Experience in Trust & Safety, marketplace governance, risk, policy, seller/creator, customer experience, or platform operations.
- Experience working across global, regional, and local teams and partnering with senior business leaders.
- Experience in policy localization, market GTM, operational transformation, automation, or AI-enabled workflows.
