Задачи:
- Understand hiring needs and partner with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies across different geographies
- Develop efficient hiring processes and provide a high-touch candidate experience to deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end to end, including sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer closing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with country and business unit leaders and local operations teams to understand local best practices
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other best practices to improve processes and increase recruitment output
Требования:
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively with employees at all levels
- Self-starter who is results-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and takes initiative and risks
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
