About the Team

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring efforts for the TikTok Global Business Solutions (GBS) division. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of the hiring process while acting as a strategic business partner to commercial leaders across Ad Sales, Brand Partnerships, Account Management, and Sales Operations. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts D&I best practices, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Because of the global nature of our teams, this role heavily supports the EMEA region, with a specific focus on navigating complex, high-velocity talent markets across Europe & Israel. The ideal candidate is highly driven, commercially minded, and resilient in a hyper‑competitive talent market. You will work closely with the broader HR team servicing EMEA and play a direct role in hiring the revenue‑driving talent that shapes TikTok’s commercial growth. This is a full‑time position on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract based in London.

Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Partner closely with commercial directors and hiring managers across Ad Sales, Monetization, and Sales Operations to assess headcount targets and advise on market‑aligned hiring strategies.
  • Regional Compliance: Navigate complex cross‑border hiring, demonstrating a strong understanding of regional nuances (visas, Right to Work, local employment laws, and GDPR parameters) across EMEA and METAP.
  • Talent Mapping: Use advanced sourcing techniques and market intelligence to map, engage, and poach top commercial talent from competitive digital advertising, ad‑tech, and media ecosystems.
  • Rigorous Screening: Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing technical sales capabilities, commercial acumen, revenue track records, and cultural alignment within the TikTok environment.
  • Offer Management: Own the end‑to‑end candidate experience through offer stage, including complex package construction (balancing base salary, variable sales incentive plans, commission structures, and equity) and competitive negotiations.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with global HRBPs, Total Rewards, and mobility teams to ensure seamless internal mobility and localized onboarding.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional Talent Acquisition experience, with 1+ years focused on supporting commercial, sales, marketing, or monetization functions within a high‑growth environment.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build immediate credibility with fast‑moving sales leaders, cross‑functional partners, and external candidates.
  • Negotiation: Proven track record of closing competitive candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages, specifically including variable pay or sales bonus structures.
  • Data‑Driven: Ability to identify, analyze, and leverage pipeline metrics and market data to influence hiring manager expectations and drive decisions.
  • Agility: Ability to work cross‑functionally and regionally across a global matrix organization within a fast‑paced, revenue‑driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • EMEA Exposure: Experience recruiting across EMEA, with specific exposure to emerging commercial markets in the Middle East and Africa (METAP).
  • Mobility Expertise: High attention to detail with an understanding of international hiring complexities, relocation logistics, and UK Home Office work authorizations.
  • Industry Acumen: Previous experience supporting client groups in hyper‑competitive landscapes like digital advertising, ad‑tech, SaaS, or premium media agencies.
  • Volume & Ambiguity: Demonstrated ability to embrace ambiguity, pivot sourcing strategies rapidly based on shifting quarterly business priorities, and manage high requisition volumes (15+ active reqs).
