The Business Planning & Operations team take a strategic approach to driving impact cross-functionally across TikTok. They work with multiple business units and senior stakeholders driving forward business growth and operational efficiency by providing significant business diagnosis and practical solutions through the use of analytical insights.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. This is a highly unique role, combining both strategy and execution. Helping support TikTok Shop start-up growth in the rapidly scaling UK market. This motivated, highly analytical individual will work cross-functionally and independently on analysing data, uncovering opportunities, designing initiatives and helping launch them in the market for generating business impact.
Gather internal and external data. Develop and lead in-depth data-driven analyses of eCommerce business, including merchant growth and operations, product and content scaling, and other key metrics. Lead cross-functional teams to set up and execute short-term and long-term strategic initiatives. Establish business analysis frameworks to monitor the progress of key indicators, business opportunities and risks. Provide solid business diagnosis and practical solutions. Set up and execute annual/quarterly business goals and implementation roadmaps. Regularly conduct business reviews, summarising improvement strategies and methodologies. Play a pivotal role as a strategy business partner for the TikTok eCommerce business teams, leveraging data-driven insights to shape the strategic agenda of business teams and fuel business growth.
Qualifications
