The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our mission is to champion and grow TikTok LIVE by empowering creators to build a creative, fun, and safe space for all users. We are looking for a social media strategist & content creator to join the TikTok LIVE team in London for a 12-month Fixed-Term contract duration. You will be experienced in creating compelling social media strategies that span multiple markets and platforms. You will be results driven and comfortable being in front of the camera, as well as behind it.
Social Media Operation:
- Create, implement and own the TikTok LIVE Social Media Strategy across all EU Markets and platforms.
- Work with our in-house creative team to define the 'look and feel' of TikTok LIVE accounts.
Creator Operation Strategy:
- Design and execute community operation projects, including activity planning, implementation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Continuously monitor project and community data, evaluate performance, and optimize with reusable operational methodologies and SOPs.
Minimum Qualification(s):
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in copywriting & idea generation.
- Strong understanding of EU markets and cultural nuances.
- Excellent project management skills, able to independently plan, execute, and monitor operational initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics, identify insights, and propose optimization strategies.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Experience in social account operation preferred.
- Experience in managing online communities or creator ecosystems preferred.
