Real Estate Planning and Operation Analyst – EMEA
Responsibilities
The Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F) team, part of the Corporate Services department, was established to manage the real estate lifecycle including space planning, transaction management, project delivery, and facilities operations. The role focuses on overseeing the facilities operations of the Dubai offices and driving data‑driven improvements across the portfolio.
- Manage and optimise allocation of space resources (e.g., workstations, meeting rooms, storage), ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Collect, maintain, and analyse space utilisation and occupancy metrics to identify trends and propose strategic improvements.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support data‑driven space planning and real estate decisions.
- Collaborate with the REF EMEA team to revise portfolio strategies and support scenario planning, moves, and relocations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 1‑3 years\\\’ experience in a corporate real estate or workplace‑related role.
- Proven ability to manage spatial resources and analyse workplace data.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective & proactive communicator who excels at cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Travel may be required upon business need.
- Experience in program management is a plus.
