The UK Content team partners with the country’s leading broadcasters, digital publishers and creators across entertainment, sport, and news organisations to accelerate content growth and scale on TikTok.

We are seeking a positive, self‑motivated, and highly organised Programs & Publisher Manager to lead partner‑facing initiatives that enable entertainment publishers to accelerate content growth and elevate quality on TikTok.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Execute program concepts and initiatives to accelerate entertainment content in the UK. Support on and lead end‑to‑end project management for entertainment programs, optimising performance for maximum impact. Define, establish, and track key metrics to measure program success and inform continuous improvement. Deliver regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to refine program execution. Maintain strong communication with Product and Global Entertainment teams to ensure seamless program execution. Coordinate with XFN partners such as Finance, Procurement, Legal, Marketing, GBS, and Comms to ensure accurate budget tracking, smooth administrative processes, and compliance with financial, policy and legal requirements. Manage and negotiate with external suppliers to execute programs and events, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and quality standards. Manage in‑app programming for campaigns, ensuring operational excellence across set up, execution and reporting. Liaise with XFN teams to improve processes and ensure smooth execution of features e.g. Search, ads, Nova.
  • Publisher Management: Manage a portfolio of UK entertainment publishers to drive their growth and success on TikTok. Partnership development and negotiation of contractual agreements with publishers and/or industry bodies around cultural tenetpoles. Act as the UK market expert for product teams, communications and policy teams – translating publisher needs and industry trends into actionable insights that inform business direction. Support content and IP acquisition efforts, expanding the breadth of content and enhancing the overall user experience. Equip partners to make the most of TikTok’s tools, analytics, and best practices, driving stronger content performance, engagement, and business outcomes. Engage and support publishers at scale through effective community management and streamlined communication channels.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications: Proven media experience in either partner management, TV/Film social content, or a similar role. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. An interest and local knowledge of entertainment and fan content on TikTok.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of the digital content landscape and UK/global media landscape. Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decisions. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with the local market and cultural nuances.
