The team supports global media businesses through program management, operational infrastructure, process development, and cross‑functional coordination. The Program Operations Intern will support the team in the Sports vertical across content partnership programs, tentpole initiatives, growth projects, and operational workflows. Responsibilities
- Support program managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of content partnership programs, tentpole initiatives, and global collaborations.
- Assist with operational workflows, including timeline tracking, meeting preparation, stakeholder follow‑ups, and project documentation.
- Conduct research on industry trends, content categories, partner activity, competitive benchmarks, and market‑specific opportunities.
- Help synthesize research findings and program updates into clear summaries, presentations, trackers, and internal communications.
- Support cross‑functional alignment by coordinating inputs from teams such as Product, Content Partnerships, Creator Management, Business Development, and more.
- Maintain program trackers, dashboards, documentation, templates, and shared resources to improve team visibility and execution.
- Assist in creating internal playbooks, best practice guides, process documents, and program recap materials.
- Support reporting on program progress, key milestones, learnings, and operational outcomes.
- Help identify opportunities to streamline internal processes and improve team workflows.
