Ecommerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for users, sellers, and creators. We are looking for a Policy Education Manager to join our team to drive clear and engaging GTM policy launches. By transforming complex policies into bite‑sized, accessible content, you will advocate for GNE policies and enhance the seller/creator experience through effective learning.
What You’ll Do
- Be responsible for the end‑to‑end strategy of policy GTM, converting e‑commerce GNE policies into engaging, informative, and easily digestible educational content for sellers/creators.
- Coordinate content reviews, translation, proofreading and publication across EU markets.
- Write and produce educational materials and visualized content, including outreach messaging and communications, slide decks, and infographics that appeal to multiple countries and language backgrounds.
- Build, manage, and evaluate the efficacy of internal & external policy education content.
- Identify optimal channels for delivery of policy education content and drive amplification strategies.
- Analyse data to create solutions for education gaps.
- Be the educational voice of sellers and creators, remaining up‑to‑date on key policy changes and enforcement standards to champion policy GTM frameworks.
- Establish partnerships with global cross‑functional teams—including global & regional teams, operations, PR, legal, strategy teams, product teams, and business leaders—to build, standardize, and optimize the overall policy GTM workstreams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in Programme Management in a Policy Operations environment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use it to drive decision making in an operational role managing multiple stakeholder groups.
- Previous experience working with global cross‑functional teams to build plans and projects.
- Experience coordinating a wide array of internal and external resources to obtain, process, and operationalize information and develop a strategy.
- Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or above.
- Proven experience collaborating with global teams and navigating communication barriers.
- Passionate, self‑driven, and curious to learn and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong strategic thinking ability and able to propose complex solutions and clear explanations in writing.
- Proven experience in drafting external communications.
