Performance & Incentive Project Manager – London

Location: London, England, United Kingdom

Responsibilities

  1. Plan, execute, and monitor projects related to performance and incentives primarily related to compensation compliance, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  2. Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and ensure they are communicated effectively to all stakeholders; manage project risks and issues, develop contingency plans as needed, and track progress with regular updates.
  3. Ensure projects align with the company’s long‑term business objectives and support the development of future‑proof, system‑driven P&I strategies; work closely with cross‑functional teams to integrate projects into the broader business and P&I strategy.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including HR, finance, and business units; keep stakeholders engaged and manage expectations for buy‑in and support.
  5. Work closely with the P&I Global Projects team to enable seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing, supporting team members and contributing to overall success.
  6. Ensure P&I policies like pay gap reporting comply with relevant legislation and regulations in global markets; stay up‑to‑date with changes and partner with legal and compliance teams to keep projects aligned with company policies.
  7. Prepare clear and concise project reports, communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, present updates and recommendations to senior management, and facilitate communication across teams; identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and share lessons learned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Experience in regulatory compensation, especially pay gap reporting in the UK, Germany, Ireland, Australia, Brazil, Japan, and other statutory countries, including working directly with works councils.
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities to analyze trends, surveys, and spreadsheets for C&B strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management: able to collaborate with employees, the HR team and business leads, and present programs and plans to employee groups, HR and leadership teams.
  • Strong ethics and discretion: handle confidential information with care.
  • Hands‑on experience managing large datasets, project management tools and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least three years of experience in core compensation & benefits or related regional or global project management.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment, preferably a tech firm.
  • German or French language proficiency, as the role supports German and French business.
