We are seeking a driven and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be a critical engine for our expansion. This is a high-impact, fixed-term contract where you will identify, reach out, and onboard the next wave of high-potential sellers. And later work with these sellers to grow their GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) on our platform in close collaboration with our cross-functional teams.

- Proactively conduct outbound prospecting via multi-channel (email, phone, social) outbound campaigns to source and qualify high‑potential seller‑partners.
- Lead initial pitches to understand seller needs, translating the unique value of TikTok Shop into compelling, tailored propositions for them.
- Assess seller fit to confirm potential partners, ensuring strong platform fit, identifying the seller growth strategies, and clear pathways to GMV growth.
- Support end‑to‑end seller onboarding, registration, account setup, and activation of new sellers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continued support for onboarded sellers, including merchant navigation through their growth on the platform.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets related to seller acquisition and seller GMV growth within a 3‑6 months period.
- Understand the TikTok Shop platform, the competition, and our unique positioning in the industry.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ years of successful B2B sales development (SDR/BDR) or full‑cycle sales experience.
- Exceptional command of English & German, both written and verbal, for external negotiations and presentations.
- Demonstrated strong time management, organisational skills, and the ability to operate autonomously in a remote‑first setting.
- Availability for a 6‑12 month fixed‑term contract, with opportunity for extension based on impact and results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous direct experience within a high‑growth eCommerce, online marketplace, or platform business is a strong advantage.
- Experience operating effectively within a hyper‑scaling, fluid, or startup‑like environment.
