Monetization Strategy and Operations Manager Graduate (GBS) - 2026 Start (MBA)
The goal of the Monetization Strategy and Operations team is to act as business partners and drive business growth through internal & external analysis, resource allocation & cross-functional/regional alignment. We\'re a global team with regional hubs in Singapore, China, UK, and US.

- Discover how the strategy team of a fast-growth advertising company works
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Final year MBA student or recent graduate with less than 1 years experience
- Available to start in 2026
- Knowledge of digital advertising industry is desirable, but not essential
- Demonstrable analytical and modelling skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience interacting and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders
- Fast learner, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in corporate strategy at internet companies, management consulting or investment banking
