Overview
In this role you drive vertical strategy for Apps, Gaming, and L&S/T&E within RPCS C&S to deliver consistent, high-impact go-to-market execution. You will lead cross-market efforts to surface opportunities, enable growth, and improve revenue momentum across EUI. You help turn strategy into repeatable operating rhythms, pods, and cross-vertical programs, owning end-to-end execution and the cadence of reviews. You work closely with Sales, Product, and other partners to align on priorities and drive measurable commercial outcomes. This is an opportunity to shape how vertical specialization scales across a regional organization and to influence a broad set of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop three Vertical Strategies (Apps, Gaming, L&S/T&E) with consistent standards and priority setting
- Balance coverage depth with vertical complexity and allocate capacity across SMB and other segments
- Own the vertical pod operating model end-to-end, including membership, mandate, and decision rights across key enablement and stakeholder groups
- Institutionalize the monthly vertical review as the single source of truth for status, progress, and blockers
- Hold cross-functional partners accountable to pod commitments without formal authority
- Direct cross-vertical initiatives and decide what scales across verticals versus what remains vertical-specific
- Manage cross-vertical programs and ensure alignment with regional and market priorities
- Ensure data-informed decision making by translating KPI data into a commercial narrative
Key requirements
- Significant experience in strategy and operations, with a track record in digital advertising, platform business, or vertical GTM/PMM
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence outcomes
- Strong program management discipline with a talent for turning ambiguity into repeatable operating rhythms
- Data fluency with understanding of KPI sets and dashboard challenges, and ability to translate numbers into business impact
