The Supply Chain and Logistics team plays a vital role in ensuring a strong and efficient logistics infrastructure that drives business growth across the UK market. The team works closely with local sellers, operations, and cross‑functional partners to optimise operational efficiency and improve marketplace performance.

We are looking for a highly motivated intern to support seller operations and marketplace growth initiatives for the UK local business. This role offers hands‑on exposure to e‑commerce operations, seller management, market research, and data‑driven business analysis in a fast‑paced environment.

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented intern to support the daily operations of UK local sellers and marketplace initiatives. The role will involve seller research, seller onboarding support, operational analysis, and cross‑functional coordination with internal teams.

The ideal candidate is analytical, execution‑focused, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. You should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and proactively identify operational issues and opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Seller Research & Market Analysis – Conduct research on UK marketplace sellers, industry trends, competitor landscape, and category performance. Support seller acquisition strategy by identifying high‑potential local sellers and providing market insights and operational recommendations.
  • Seller Operations & Performance Support – Support daily seller operations, including seller onboarding coordination, performance tracking, issue follow‑up, and operational optimisation. Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve seller experience and operational efficiency.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Assist in monitoring core business and seller KPIs through data analysis and reporting. Identify operational risks, performance trends, and data anomalies, and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Cross‑functional Coordination – Collaborate with Business Development, Account Management, Product, Operations, and other cross‑functional teams to support seller‑related projects and operational initiatives.
  • Process Optimisation & Project Support – Support process improvement initiatives and operational projects for the UK market. Assist with documentation, workflow optimisation, and ad hoc operational tasks.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications – Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and available to attend a full‑time internship for a minimum of 12 weeks.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, LOOKUP functions, and basic data analysis.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
  • Preferred Qualifications – Positive and solution‑oriented mindset, with the ability to proactively identify problems and seek practical solutions.
  • Resilient, with the ability to handle stakeholder or customer frustration with empathy while staying objective and solution‑focused.
  • Detail‑oriented and thoughtful, with the ability to consider risks, dependencies, and next steps when driving task execution.
  • Self‑driven and collaborative team player.
  • Prior internship or project experience in e‑commerce, logistics, supply chain, operations, data analysis, or business operations is a plus.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, with the ability to follow up on tasks independently until closure.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel, quickly identify priorities, and elevate proactively when facing uncertainty, blockers, or issues beyond one’s control.
