Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive resource management strategies to optimize budget allocation, traffic distribution, and resource utilization, driving growth and efficiency across TikTok Shop EMEA.
- Leverage data analysis to identify emerging trends, analyze competitor dynamics and consumer behaviour, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Monitor business strategy effectiveness and optimize resource allocation to support business objectives within constraints.
- Engage senior stakeholders with clear, impactful strategic proposals and build consensus across cross-functional teams.
- Establish ROI frameworks to track strategic progress and identify improvement opportunities.
- Deliver measurable growth or cost optimization through strategic initiatives.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive alignment across teams.
- Develop innovative frameworks with deep eCommerce understanding.

Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Economics, or a quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in operational strategy, product strategy, business analysis, or management consulting.
- Strong data literacy with ability to leverage analytics to inform business decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and build consensus across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of working effectively in international environments.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in eCommerce, Technology, Social Media, or related digital industries.
- Prior success in user lifetime value (LTV) measurement or user acquisition strategy.
- Experience driving 0-to-1 projects in fast-paced environments.
