Overview
In this role you drive end-to-end merchandise growth for the UK MAI team, turning insights into scalable growth initiatives. You’ll shape product growth across supply, pricing, content, and creator matchmaking, collaborating with cross-functional teams to land strategies that boost GMV. You analyze performance, diagnose bottlenecks, and run experiments to optimize results. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, offering tangible impact on merchant success and platform growth.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end merchandise growth from opportunity identification to scaling and optimization.
- Develop growth strategies across supply, pricing, content, creator matchmaking, traffic, and incentives.
- Translate ideas into actionable plans and experiments, track metrics, and optimize based on outcomes.
- Collaborate with industry, merchant, creator, product, and algorithm teams to execute strategies cross-functionally.
- Lead short- and long-term business planning with senior leadership and articulate proposals for growth.
Key requirements
- 3+ years in e-commerce, business strategy, merchandise/category strategy, or growth.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with data-driven strategy development; SQL or BI experience preferred.
- Strategic thinking and solid business judgment to identify growth opportunities and scalable solutions.
- Results-oriented with demonstrated ownership from design to execution and measurable impact.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration to influence stakeholders.
