About the Team
The data analytics team will be responsible for data analysis of TikTok e-commerce's UK & EU e-Commerce logistics operations.
- Responsible for data analysis of TikTok e-commerce's UK & EU logistics operations.
- Maintain & improve operation performance index; assist top management to monitor the weekly and bi-monthly operation performance; analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Cooperate with logistics team to set strategy, e.g. Fulfillment network design, warehouse efficiency optimization, capacity management.
- Follow-up data analysis of operation teams in several overseas markets, support operation and provide optimization suggestions.
- Cooperate with Products and ETL teams to define system requirements, build data products, improve and roll-out product features to support business.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operation Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or Computer Science.
- Proficient in SQL and familiar with Python or R.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in UK & EU logistics or UK & EU E-Commerce site fulfillment process (Amazon FBA/SFP; Ebay/Walmart/Shopify) is a strong plus.
- Experience in logistics or supply-chain related analysis; Familiar with fulfillment network design, inventory management, UK & EU logistics carrier optimization.
- High energy, self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-growing environment.
