About the team

MAI (Merchant Acquisition & Incubation) team is responsible for EU merchant growth, aiming to onboard, incubate, educate merchants from scratch and drive their business success. TikTok is looking for a smart and ambitious Digital Channel Management Manager to join TikTok Shop team based in London. The objective of the role is to manage the seller acquisition/incubation channels, including TikTok in-app channels like inbox message and external channels like EDM and paid ads. This role is expected to have related experience and strong ambition to reach goals following strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and implementation of seller outreach strategies covering seller acquisition and incubation, figure out roadblocks and coordinate necessary resources among larger teams.
  • Take charge of internal outreaching channels and manage the resources so as to maximise the overall benefits and achieve the business goal.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to iterate content on various channels and improve seller journey based on test data and survey.
  • Improve outreach product effectiveness and efficiency by working closely with user research, product, algo and other cross-functional teams.
  • Accumulate and share learnings to drive best practice with internal and external teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above, 3-5 years user digital marketing experience and project management, e-commerce or user acquisition experience is a plus.
  • Good data sense, ability to deal with complex business analysis and intelligence in defining opportunities.
  • Structured and original thinking, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and explain complex concepts simply.
  • Quick learner, proactive and resilient.
