Overview
As an AI Data Operation Specialist at TikTok, you will lead quality initiatives across content moderation for the Live platform, blending human labeling with AI and ML models, including LLMs. You’ll train models, analyze moderation data, and resolve complex content scenarios in partnership with cross-functional teams. The role focuses on benchmarking quality, onboarding BPO teams, and driving continuous improvement to uphold ecosystem health. You will enable data-driven decisions and model improvements that enhance content quality at scale, shaping how creators engage with the platform.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality content benchmarking across BPO teams and support onboarding/training of new BPOs
- Handle content labeling queues based on cross-functional requirements and derive trends to inform project teams
- Train and improve models using large labeled datasets, including data preparation, cleaning, and structuring
- Improve model accuracy via testing, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning, and highlight gaps in LLM decision making
- Provide insights from moderation data to support impact analysis and solution planning
- Maintain quality artifacts for content moderation and propose technology-driven solutions to提升 output quality
Key requirements
- 3+ years in AI data operation, content quality management, product operations, or related analytics in tech/digital content/moderation environments
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Basic understanding of ML concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights
- Fluency in written and spoken English; Turkish proficiency for regional monitoring is required
