As the GNE Business Partner, you will align country leadership with regional strategy while reflecting local market realities. You translate insights into improvements by coordinating with Policy, Product, Operations, Governance, and other cross-functional teams. You proactively identify governance and operational risks, drive root-cause analyses, and implement cross-functional mitigation plans. You own market health and operational performance by monitoring key metrics and delivering actionable recommendations. You lead policy localization and market enablement, and you leverage AI and automation to scale operations and decision quality.
Responsibilities
- Advise country leadership and regional stakeholders, reflecting local market realities in regional decisions
- Bridge country insights with cross-functional teams (Policy, Product, Operations, Governance) to drive improvements
- Identify and mitigate governance and operational risks via structured root-cause analysis and cross-functional plans
- Monitor market health and performance indicators (NPS, CSAT, complaints, enforcement trends, appeals, escalations, service delivery) and translate into actions
- Lead policy localization, GTM execution, and market enablement with localized guidance and training
- Establish scalable risk monitoring, issue management, performance reviews, and implementation tracking, leveraging AI/automation to boost efficiency and decision quality
Key requirements
- English and Turkish speaking
- Experience in business operations, strategy, program management, governance, policy, or platform operations in tech/e-commerce/digital platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including trend and root-cause analysis
- Proven ability to build operating mechanisms and monitor business health
