The Strategy & Analytics team for Global E‑Commerce plays a core role in analysing industry trends, setting business targets and reviewing business performance in the UK and Europe. The team is responsible for quarterly, yearly and long‑term targets, and works cross‑functionally with multiple business teams and stakeholders.

Your work will focus on key metrics, deep‑dives and overall analysis of TikTok Shop EMEA’s logistics and supply‑chain function.

Deploy a data‑driven approach to assess the strategic and financial health of e‑commerce logistics, evaluate performance, benchmark competition, and conduct comprehensive assessments to produce thorough strategic plans and recommendations.

Analyse and draw conclusions from diverse data sets and understand how to brief and work with specialists to solve complicated problems.

The internship runs for 12 weeks during Summer 2026.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an MBA degree.
  • Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to develop leading‑edge business models and strategies.
  • Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and build consensus among cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Past work experience in consulting, private equity or corporate strategy.
  • Past work experience in consumer, e‑commerce and logistics.
