The Supply Chain and Logistics team is vital in ensuring a robust, efficient infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global connection. They provide planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimize their operational efficiency.

We are seeking a highly motivated Fulfilment Solutions Intern to support our FBT (Fulfilment by TikTok) team within the Fulfilment Operations organization. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to ongoing operational projects, system improvements, and launch readiness initiatives across Europe. The ideal candidate brings a combination of analytical thinking, attention to detail, and interest in supply chain solutions, project coordination, and testing.

As a project intern, you will engage in impactful short‑term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real‑world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Operations & Data Analysis: Support day‑to‑day logistics operations by managing requests, ensuring process alignment, and maintaining accurate warehouse data, analyse operational data and produce daily/weekly reports to keep the stakeholder informed on the ongoing support function and progress.
  • Project Management & Testing: Assist with project coordination and system testing, including documentation, issue tracking & reporting, and results analysis, also coordinate with product and tech teams to solve system issues.
  • Go‑To‑Market & Launch Coordination: Contribute to the smooth rollout of new tools and processes by coordinating tasks and supporting cross‑functional teams, and help address frequently asked questions regarding the launched feature.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree at university, graduating on or after 2026, eligible to work in the UK, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 12 weeks on a full‑time or part‑time basis;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently;
  • Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English is required;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, lookups) is preferred;
  • Eager to work in a cross‑functional, fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred major in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field;
  • Prior internship or academic project experience in supply chain, logistics, project coordination, or systems testing;
  • Ideally familiar with case management tools (e.g., Pearl, Jira, ServiceNow) and GTM (go‑to‑market)/project frameworks (e.g., RACI, critical path tracking);
  • Strong analytical mindset with exposure to data visualization or reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Detail‑oriented, self‑driven, and a collaborative team player.
