We are seeking a proactive and socially savvy intern to join our Tik Tok LIVE Creator Network Operations team.
This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, enjoys working with creators, and is passionate about the creator economy.
Responsibilities
- Daily
Operations: Assist in resolving the various issues Creator Networks encounter during the LIVE process by addressing day-to-day challenges, including operational hurdles, trust & safety concerns, and more.
- Training & Education: Help develop and localize educational materials for creators, ensuring they are well-versed in operational guidelines, trust & safety policies, and platform features.
- Campaign
Operations: Support the planning, localization, and execution of campaigns to enable seamless campaign operations, and summarize campaign results to inform future improvements.
- Operational
Processes: Collect and analyze the operational challenges Creator Networks face in their daily workflows, and organize this feedback to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency.
- Project Support: Support the execution of a broad range of projects, from in-person events to online initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or Data-related fields preferred).
- Social-media savvy, with a strong interest in live-streaming and the creator economy, and a keen sense of internet trends and online culture.
- Data-sensitive, with basic analytical capabilities and logical thinking.
- Understanding of fundamental internet operation methodologies (user growth funnel, retention logic, campaign lifecycle, etc.).
- Familiar with platforms such as Tik Tok and other short-form or livestream ecosystems.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with creators.
- Able to commit to a minimum 4-month internship period.
