Responsibilities:
- Help shape business plans and growth strategy by turning performance data into focused priorities and actions.
- Explore operational, commercial, and user data to uncover growth opportunities, risks, and ways to improve the customer experience.
- Design smarter processes and operating mechanisms that help teams move faster and scale effectively across Europe.
- Drive cross-functional projects with Category Management, Seller Operations, Marketing, Product, and Logistics, including e-commerce go-to-market and new product launch initiatives.
- Build clear, persuasive recommendations for business reviews and leadership decisions, with the opportunity to see your ideas put into action.
- Research markets, competitors, consumer goods trends, and integrated marketing approaches to inform strategic choices.

Qualifications:
