Employment Type: Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Execute, manage, and optimize campaigns, including campaign planning and execution, organizing methodology and coordination processes, and completing campaign wrap-up reports; manage delivery of creative assets (H5 pages, search banners, posters, stickers), and manage traffic and all related campaign documentation.
  • ShopTab marketing channel operations: support day-to-day channel operations preparation, assist in formulating operating rules, and drive high-quality execution of channel strategy. Assist in optimizing product assortment structure, breadth, and competitiveness. Monitor and track channel data trends, flexibly feed back on channel operations status or pain points, and work with the team in a timely manner to identify optimization directions or solutions.
  • Supply strategy support: assist the team in conducting overseas market expansion analysis for the Europe region; based on target market user demand characteristics, break down and analyze the current state of ShopTab product supply to provide data support for supply strategy formulation.
  • Responsible for ShopTab ecosystem operations, assisting with ShopTab ecosystem assessment and ecosystem strategy operations work. Responsible for daily monitoring of ShopTab ecosystem quality & content style, and regularly compiling and analyzing monitoring results; participate in user ecosystem research, analyzing user product consumption preferences and content characteristics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Currently in your final year pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
    • Available to start immediately till the end of the year.
    • Chinese proficiency is required due to working closely with stakeholders and reviewing SOPs in the target language.
    • Highly interested in the social media, content industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. Understand the short video/content and livestream ecosystems of TikTok.
    • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with basic data analysis skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Strong communication and coordination skills with a good sense of teamwork; rigorous and responsible work attitude, strong learning ability, and able to respond quickly to business needs.
