We are looking for a Program Manager to drive targeted seller incubation and portfolio growth. This role focuses on designing, executing, and scaling programs that accelerate mid-potential sellers from $500/month to $30K+/month GMV through strategic program development, cross-functional coordination, and end-to-end initiative ownership. You will play a critical role in identifying growth levers, building scalable frameworks, and owning key incubation programs from inception to impact evaluation.

You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
Responsibilities:
- Design, launch, and manage end-to-end incubation programs covering proposal development, planning, execution, performance tracking, and impact evaluation.
- Identify scalable growth levers and build horizontal enablement frameworks that drive mass seller activation and progression through key business milestones.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with category, operations, and product teams to unlock growth opportunities and remove blockers across the seller journey.
- Manage communication channels if needed (e.g., Lark groups, instant messaging) to drive mass account management activities such as forecasting, troubleshooting, seller education, and program rollouts.
- Monitor key performance metrics, conduct data-driven analysis, and provide actionable insights to improve program effectiveness and seller outcomes.
- Anticipate risks, dependencies, and next steps - proactively navigating internal tools, documentation, and resources to ensure program success.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree at university, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 12+ weeks on a full-time or part-time basis, with 2+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategy, preferably in e-commerce or tech.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and growth plans.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with strong ownership and end-to-end project management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing large volumes of sellers or accounts (e.g., hundreds of sellers).
