Responsibilities:
- About the team: The UK MAI (Merchant Acquisition and Incubation) team operates within the SMB pillar of TikTok E-commerce, spearheading the acquisition and onboarding journey for new sellers. The primary objective is to mass attract and onboard sellers and incubate them to certain levels through scaling means.
- About the role: The Seller Incentive/Campaign Operation will be responsible for the management and hands-on execution of incentives and campaigns to drive seller performance and engagement. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, a practical mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with sellers and stakeholders.
- Incentive and campaign Development and Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of incentives and campaigns, ensuring smooth implementation and adherence to timelines. Collaborate with teams to test and refine incentive mechanisms (e.g., A/B testing, segmentation). Create clear, concise, and engaging program documentation and seller-facing materials to drive participation.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis: Track the campaign/incentive results and provide actionable insights for optimizing program performance based on data. Identify the key success factors behind top-performing sellers, convert them into measurable action frameworks, and optimize incentive programs/growth campaigns.
- Budget Management: Monitor program budgets, track expenses, and ensure a strong ROI for all incentive initiatives.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all configurations comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into program designs.
- Reporting and Documentation: Keep accurate and organized records of incentive/campaign programs, processes, and updates for easy reference and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree at university, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 12+ weeks on a full-time basis, with 2+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategy, preferably in e-commerce or tech. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and growth plans. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Highly detail-oriented and practical, with a passion for execution and problem-solving. Excellent communication and copywriting skills to convey program value effectively.
- Preferred Qualifications: Strong logical thinking, capable of high-quality goal breakdown and priority assessment. Independent and capable, with strong communication and coordination skills, result-oriented, highly motivated, self-driven, and able to handle a certain stress level. Hands-on and execution-oriented, with a pragmatic mindset and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to solve problems and deliver results. Strong project coordination and time-management abilities. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and handling data. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a high performing environment.
