The UK Publisher Operations team is part of Content Operations and partners with the country’s leading broadcasters, digital publishers, and entertainment, sport, and news organisations to fuel content growth and scale on TikTok.

The Publisher Manager will partner with a portfolio of news, lifestyle and learning organisations to help them maximise their impact on TikTok and increase high-quality content supply. In this role, you will drive publisher growth by advising on short-form video strategy, optimising content performance, and supporting key initiatives that align with team objectives and product priorities. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to newsrooms, educational organisations and publishers, ensuring they are equipped to use TikTok effectively while contributing to the overall health and success of the news ecosystem on the platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with leading UK informative content publishers, from major TV broadcasters, educational organisations and digital outlets to national and local newspapers - to drive their growth and success on TikTok.
  • Develop and execute ambitious partnership strategies that position TikTok as a key platform for content discovery, engagement, and audience development.
  • Act as the UK market expert for global partnerships and product teams, translating publisher needs and industry trends into actionable insights that inform product and policy direction.
  • Partner closely with Central, Regional, and Local teams to align.
