The Scaled Growth team owns the product strategy and operations tailored to agency, channel sales and vendor sales businesses. By identifying targeted advertising products and industry best practices to both new and existing advertisers, agency and channel sales partners, we analyse and deeply understand our regional agency partners and their advertisers, and own the regional product strategy and GTM operations.
We are looking for an experienced Product Strategy and Operations Manager with a strong background in media to lead go-to-market strategy and drive ads product revenue for TikTok’s advertising solutions in Europe and Metap regions. This role sits within the Scaled Growth Team and focuses on TikTok agency business, accelerating key product adoption, validating product-market fit, and driving revenue growth of TikTok’s ads products through the agency ecosystem.
In this role, you will work closely with agency sales teams and global product stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will be responsible for understanding the agency landscape, identifying opportunities to scale product adoption through agencies, and shaping go-to-market strategies that unlock incremental ads revenue. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, strategic, data-driven, and able to influence cross-functional partners effectively.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience working with media products in a product marketing, strategy, or key account management capacity, and bring a strong understanding of agency ecosystems and how agencies drive advertiser growth at scale. This is a full-time position based in London.
Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence & Business Planning
- Shape agency growth strategies through data-driven analysis, partnering closely with Product teams to identify priorities, diagnose gaps, and translate insights into actionable plans for the sales team.
- Lead strategic planning with strong operational rigor, including business reviews, execution tracking, and performance management against regional goals.
- Own the GTM strategy and execution for key advertising products in Europe, driving product adoption, penetration, and incremental revenue growth through agency partners.
- Ensure strong end-to-end execution by building structured operating plans, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and maintaining a results-oriented approach to delivery.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Own the regional analytics framework for ads products, including KPI definition, dashboard development, and reporting cadences to support effective decision-making.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on priority agencies, advertisers, and industries to identify growth opportunities and unlock incremental revenue.
- Generate data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, quantify impact, and highlight areas for improvement across product growth initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Agency Sales, Product, and leadership teams to drive growth strategy and execution across the region.
- Collaborate with strategy, operations, and analytics teams to develop scalable, industry-specific playbooks for agencies and advertisers.
- Serve as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring alignment, accountability, and strong delivery against business goals.
- BA/BS degree or above, or equivalent practical experience.
- Extensive experience in media, digital advertising, or related industries in Product Marketing, Strategy, Agency, Account Management, or other relevant client-facing roles.
- Experience driving product adoption and go-to-market execution across a range of marketing objectives, including performance, lead generation, brand, creative, and measurement.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to drive business outcomes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of delivering against business goals.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong understanding of European advertising market, agency ecosystem, media sales, and marketing processes.
- Experience leading and delivering complex cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong data-driven mindset with comfort in analytics, including the ability to build reports, interpret engagement metrics, and translate insights into action.
- Experience supporting strategic agency accounts and scaling tailored solutions into broader programs or playbooks.
