We’re looking for an enthusiastic and curious intern to join our Governance & Experience team. This internship is designed to give you broad exposure to how we govern the TikTok Shop platform and protect the user experience across a fast-growing and dynamic e-commerce business.
You’ll support ongoing projects, contribute to research, assist with data analysis, and work with cross‑functional teams to help us design, test, or improve systems and processes. The exact scope of work will depend on the team you join, but your work will help inform real decisions and drive impact at scale.

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Familiar with E-commerce compliance requirements and internet governance management, with a certain level of business sensitivity and risk awareness is preferred.
- Relevant experience; experience in e‑commerce, content moderation, natural language processing (NLP), or LLM prompt design is preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) with the ability to drive decisions through data insights.
