This is a 6â12 month temporary assignment managed by a thirdâparty agency, who will be your employer. While you may be assigned to work at TikTok, you will not be a TikTok employee. All contractual terms, including payroll and benefits, will be handled by a thirdâparty agency.

We are seeking a driven and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be a critical engine for our expansion. This highâimpact, fixedâterm contract will let you identify, reach out, and onboard the next wave of highâpotential UK sellers, and later help grow their GMV on our platform in close collaboration with crossâfunctional teams.
Responsibilities- Proactively conduct outbound prospecting via multiâchannel (email, phone, social) outbound campaigns to source and qualify highâpotential sellerâpartners.
- Lead initial pitches to understand seller needs, translating the unique value of TikTok Shop into compelling, tailored propositions.
- Assess seller fit to confirm potential partners, ensuring strong platform fit, identifying seller growth strategies, and clear pathways to GMV growth.
- Support endâtoâend seller onboarding, registration, account setup, and activation of new sellers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continued support for onboarded sellers, guiding them through growth on the platform.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets related to seller acquisition and seller GMV growth within a 3â6 month period.
- Understand the TikTok Shop platform, the competition, and our unique positioning in the industry.
- Minimum Qualifications
- Proven B2B Sales Acumen: Successful B2B sales development (SDR/BDR) or fullâcycle sales experience.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal, for external negotiations and presentations.
- SelfâDriven & Organised: Demonstrated strong time management, organisational skills, and ability to operate autonomously in a remoteâfirst setting.
- Contract Commitment: Availability for a 6â12 month fixedâterm contract, with opportunity for extension based on impact and results.
- Preferred Qualifications
- eCommerce experience: Previous direct experience within a highâgrowth eCommerce, online marketplace, or platform business is a strong advantage.
- Startup passion: Experience operating effectively within a hyperâscaling, fluid, or startupâlike environment.
