By turning complex datasets into actionable narratives, the team helps brands navigate an evolving media landscape and drive sustainable business outcomes.

The Measurement Partner, Pod Lead role combines three scopes: direct client ownership, vertical strategy, and pod leadership. This person is expected to personally support a set of strategic clients, define the measurement direction for a priority vertical, and translate market signals into a clear agenda for the pod. The Pod Lead should be able to identify where the vertical needs focus, which opportunities matter most, and what programs will create the biggest impact.

This is a hybrid individual contributor role with broad horizontal influence. The Pod Lead works closely with senior leaders across Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Business Marketing, and Measurement to align priorities, shape solutions, and move complex work forward. While this person will not have direct reports, the role includes guiding 2–3 teammates through prioritization, feedback, and day-to-day direction, helping the pod stay focused and effective.

Success in this role depends on balancing hands-on execution with strategic leadership. The right candidate can move between client work, internal alignment, and program delivery without losing quality, pace, or clarity.

Responsibilities

  • Own the measurement strategy for a priority vertical, bringing a clear point of view on market dynamics, client needs, and where the team should focus to drive the greatest impact.
  • Partner with senior advertisers and agencies to design measurement frameworks, learning agendas, and strategic narratives that improve performance and support long-term growth on the platform.
  • Act as a senior measurement advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Product, Product Marketing, and Business Marketing, to align on priorities and unlock solutions for the vertical.
  • Lead strategic programs for the pod with strong project management discipline, including goal setting, milestone tracking, stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and escalation management.
  • Influence, guide, and provide direction to 2–3 teammates within the pod without direct people management, helping raise the bar on prioritization, strategic thinking, communication, and execution quality.
  • Operate in a hybrid model by personally owning a set of high-impact clients while also managing broader vertical initiatives and strategic programs.
  • Capture client, agency, and market feedback and translate it into clear recommendations for product, partnerships, and go-to-market teams.
  • Drive disciplined execution across multiple workstreams, maintain a high standard for follow-through, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital advertising, measurement, consulting, or related roles supporting large marketing organizations or measurement providers.
  • Deep familiarity with experimentation, incrementality testing, attribution, and Marketing Mix Modeling across channels and for both app- and web-based advertisers.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about a business vertical and translate client and market signals into a clear measurement direction.
  • Strong experience managing senior internal and external stakeholders, including navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and high-visibility conversations.
  • Excellent project and program management skills, with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and to guide teammates through alignment, coaching, and clear decision-making.
  • Highly disciplined, hardworking, and execution-oriented, with strong time management and a consistent record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with privacy-first innovation in modern measurement systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; an advanced degree in science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A track record of inferential problem-solving through experimental design and analytical methods.
  • Experience conducting custom analytical work using SQL, HIVE, R, or similar tools.
  • Experience operating in a matrixed, global organization and leading strategic initiatives without formal people management responsibilities.
