The Measurement team is responsible for demonstrating and improving the effectiveness of advertising on TikTok. We partner with advertisers, agencies, and cross-functional teams to interpret campaign performance, shape measurement strategies, and unlock stronger business outcomes through data-driven insights. Our team sits at the intersection of sales, product, analytics, and marketing. We help clients understand how TikTok drives results across branding and performance objectives, while also influencing the evolution of measurement products, solutions, and partnerships.

About the Role: The Measurement Partner is responsible for advancing TikTok’s measurement agenda in one of our key growth markets. Working closely with leading advertisers and agencies across a range of verticals, the Measurement Partner supports both branding and performance-focused businesses to better understand and improve the impact of their investments on TikTok. This role has a strong blend of client consulting, analytical problem-solving, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership. The Measurement Partner designs measurement strategies, shapes learning agendas, delivers advanced analytical projects, and helps scale best-in-class measurement practices across the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive adoption and growth of TikTok’s core measurement solutions and methodologies across your designated market.
  • Partner with clients and agencies to develop tailored measurement strategies and learning agendas aligned to business objectives.
  • Design and implement end-to-end measurement plans using 1st-party and 3rd-party solutions across branding and performance use cases.
  • Advise advertisers on how to use measurement to improve media effectiveness, campaign performance, and budget allocation decisions.
  • Lead advanced analytical projects and custom studies that provide clear proof points on TikTok’s effectiveness.
  • Translate complex data and measurement findings into clear, compelling recommendations for clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted measurement advisor to key clients, media agencies, and research vendors.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Client Solutions, Product Marketing, Measurement Product, Business Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated, high-impact support.
  • Build and scale programs, frameworks, and best practices that address recurring advertiser measurement needs.
  • Synthesize client and agency feedback to inform future product enhancements, partnership priorities, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent the market perspective to regional and global stakeholders, helping shape measurement narratives, product roadmaps, and strategic priorities.
  • Contribute to regional thought leadership through case studies, market insights, and scalable measurement points of view.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in digital advertising, marketing analytics, media measurement, market research, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of advertising measurement methodologies across brand and performance use cases, including both 1st-party and 3rd-party approaches.
  • Proven ability to translate data and insights into strategic recommendations that influence client investment decisions and business outcomes.
  • Experience managing external stakeholders, including advertisers, agencies, and/or research partners.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in or with digital platforms, media agencies, advertisers, or measurement providers.
  • Strong foundation in quantitative research, experimentation, attribution, lift studies, MMM, or broader marketing effectiveness solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in driving measurement adoption and scaling programs in a market-facing role.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and operate effectively in a high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with the advertising and media ecosystem is highly preferred.
