Responsibilities:

  • Support the full creator growth funnel from acquisition (L0) to high-level performance (L6).
  • Support designing and implementing structured onboarding and education programs for new creators.
  • Participate in incubation efforts for early-stage creators to drive activation and GMV growth.
  • Support up-leveling of mid- and high-tier creators through strategic guidance, content feedback, and campaign planning.
  • Build scalable playbooks and toolkits for different creator tiers.
  • Monitor creator performance and lifecycle progression using data dashboards and benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with category, BD, and affiliate teams to ensure effective creator-business matching.
  • Deliver regular reporting and insights on creator health, uplevel/downlevel, and engagement trends.
  • Monitor creator violation situations and help creators with on-call support to avoid overkill.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data or other relevant fields.
  • Passion to learn about creator operations, influencer marketing, or content ecosystem management.
  • Deep understanding of creator lifecycle management and growth models.
  • Strong motivation to design education, onboarding, or support programs for creators.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze funnel metrics and identify growth levers.
