Responsibilities
- The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.
- As a project intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. The internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.
- Support day-to-day operations and communication with top creators, providing timely solutions to their questions and operational needs.
- Identify and build relationships with high-potential creators, offering operational guidance and growth recommendations.
- Analyze creator performance data to identify growth patterns and best practices, and help scale successful creator strategies.
- Develop creator education materials, including operational guides, training decks, and learning resources.
- Support campaign execution and other creator growth initiatives when needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's or Bachelor's degree. Majors in Marketing, Communications, Media, Broadcasting, or related fields are preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with creators.
- Basic data analysis skills (Excel required; SQL/Python is a plus).
- Familiar with livestreaming or creator economy ecosystem; interest in entertainment livestreaming is preferred.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
