The team is working globally and locally with artists, managers and labels to unleash the promotional and marketing power of TikTok, helping talents to secure success on the platform, music streamings, hit charts and brand collaborations.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute on‑platform promotional campaigns across SoundOn EMEA's Label Services roster, with full ownership of campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and post‑campaign reporting.
- Creator Campaigns: Develop and manage creator‑led promotional campaigns on TikTok, identifying content opportunities and campaign approaches that support artist and label objectives.
- Catalogue Growth & Opportunities: Partner with the Label Services team to surface and reactivate existing titles within partner catalogues, identifying new commercial opportunities through TikTok‑led promotion.
- Cross‑Market Collaboration: Collaborate with the Label Services team and SoundOn stakeholders across regions to identify and execute cross‑market promotional opportunities for priority releases and catalogue titles.
- Performance Analysis & Insights: Analyse campaign performance, creator activity, and conversion metrics to evaluate success, generate actionable insights, and inform future campaign strategies.
