About the team

We are continuously expanding our cross-border e-Commerce business in Europe, aiming to bring more quality products suited to different markets to consumers across the region. At the same time, through more efficient merchant and content collaboration mechanisms, we look to enhance product visibility, engagement, and conversion performance.

In this role, you will be deeply involved in business analysis and strategy design for the Europe cross-border business. On one hand, you will identify key issues and growth opportunities through data and market performance insights. On the other hand, you will translate analytical findings into actionable business strategies, incentive programs, and operational mechanisms, helping the platform, merchants, and business teams achieve growth with greater efficiency. This is a role that is closely tied to real business outcomes. You will participate in operational decision-making for international markets, drive strategies from analysis to execution, and continuously develop a global business perspective through cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Track cross-border business metrics; analyze performance across different markets, categories, and operational segments; identify key issues affecting growth, efficiency, and experience; and provide clear assessments and recommendations.
  • Based on business analysis findings, design operational strategies, incentive programs, or optimization mechanisms tailored to different scenarios; leverage market differences and business stages to ensure strategies more precisely serve growth objectives.
  • Work closely with operations, product, data, and governance teams to drive strategy implementation, track execution results, review ROI and business changes, and continuously optimize solution design.
  • Conduct thematic analyses and targeted initiatives around key markets, critical business issues, or growth priorities, providing clearer operational insights and decision-making support for the team.
  • Progressively build a more systematic business analysis framework and strategy design methodology to help the team improve efficiency in problem identification, strategy formulation, and project execution.

Minimum Qualification(s):

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, commercial analysis, strategy & operations, e-Commerce operations, platform strategy, or cross-border business
  • Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in SQL, Excel/Sheets, BI tools, and similar tools for day-to-day analysis and review; ability to identify issues from business data and translate them into actionable recommendations
  • Strong logical thinking and structured communication skills; ability to clarify complex problems, break them down, and drive them forward
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills; ability to deliver results in complex environments
  • English proficiency sufficient for use as a working language in international collaboration scenarios

Preferred Qualification(s):

  • Experience in European e-commerce, international platforms, or content commerce is preferred
  • Experience in strategy design, operational mechanism optimization, incentive program design, or rule/policy strategy is preferred
  • Some understanding of or project experience in international markets, especially European markets, is preferred
