Responsibilities

• As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.




• Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.




• TikTok Shop is an innovative new commerce platform that is redefining the way people discover and shop online. Through seamless in-app shopping experiences, we enable sellers, creators, and communities to drive real commercial value.




• Our team supports TikTok Shop's seller incubation and growth strategy for the Italian market through research, analysis, and cross-functional project execution.




• Conduct strategy research, market analysis, and data processing to support seller growth in the Italian market.




• Support the preparation and localization of seller-facing communications and materials.




• Assist with performance tracking and reporting for seller growth programs.




• Partner closely with cross-functional business teams to drive key projects and support effective strategy execution.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.




• Fluency in English to be able to work with local stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication with global product teams and resource management.




• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; eager to learn, hard-working, and proactive.




• Open-minded, efficient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Proven experience in problem-solving and time management; able to work in a fast paced environment.




• Comfortable working with data.




• Familiarity with e-commerce or social commerce platforms.
