In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with your assigned business unit(s) and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
  • Partner with business team-leaders to help build a strong community that will improve the development of the business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership and provide HR guidance when appropriate; including staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Proactively assess team needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Be the ambassador for the TikTok organizational culture by partnering with business units to drive engagement focus.
  • Manage employee issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of Human Resources working experience.
  • Ability to translate business priorities into people strategies, spanning organizational design, leadership development, performance calibration, succession planning, and learning & development.
  • Strong written and oral English.
  • Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially hands-on experience in employee relations and performance management.
  • Highly organized and self-sufficient.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have in-depth knowledge of compliance and labor laws in EU in order to handle local ER cases.
  • Proven track record of building HR policies, frameworks, and systems from the ground up; demonstrates strong ownership and a continuous improvement mindset.
