The UK Content Operations team works with leading creators, broadcasters, and digital publishers across the country to drive content growth and scale on TikTok.

We are looking for a positive, self‑motivated, and highly organised Content Operations Specialist to support initiatives that help creators and publishers grow and improve content quality on TikTok. This role will contribute to the rollout of high‑impact growth programmes, helping partners optimise performance, expand their presence, and increase the volume of high‑quality content on the platform.

Top‑performing interns may be considered for full‑time roles at the end of the internship, depending on performance and business needs.   • Strong written communication skills for content planning and cross‑team coordination.
