The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun, and safe space for all of our users.
We are seeking a proactive and socially savvy intern to join our LIVE Campaign Operations team. You will support the end-to-end management of livestream creator campaigns, from creative ideation and setup to performance tracking and optimization. This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, enjoys working with creators, and is passionate about the creator's economy.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short‑term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real‑world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Key Responsibilities- Support the planning and execution of livestream creator campaigns

- Monitor campaign performance and produce structured reports

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Social media savvy with strong interest in live‑streaming and the creator economy, with a strong sense of internet trends and online culture
- Data‑driven with basic analytical capabilities and logical thinking
- Understanding of fundamental internet operation methodologies (user growth funnel, retention logic, campaign lifecycle, etc.)
- Familiar with platforms such as TikTok and other short‑form or live‑stream ecosystems
- Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with creators
- High oral and written fluency in English and Swedish is required, particularly to support hiring and stakeholder engagement within the Swedish market, while also collaborating effectively with global stakeholders.
- Background with Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, Data‑related fields is preferred
- Personal content creation experience is highly preferred (own social media accounts are a strong plus)
