Internship Overview
The UK Campaign Team plans and executes various mega campaigns in the UK market. Leveraging influencer collaborations, product promotions, and marketing activities, we drive overall GMV growth, merchant development, and user engagement. As a project intern, you will engage in short‑term projects that provide a glimpse of professional real‑world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applicants will be reviewed on a rolling basis; early applications are encouraged. Minimum commitment of at least 3 months is required.
Responsibilities
- Support media buying activities, including paid ad execution and ongoing campaign performance tracking
- Assist with CRM operations, focusing on user engagement and database management
- Manage social media support tasks, including content scheduling, community engagement, and trend monitoring
- Contribute to marketing strategy planning around key business moments, coordinating campaign execution to drive impactful results and achieve business objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery and strong performance outcomes
- Conduct post‑campaign analysis, summarizing key insights and continuously optimizing future marketing strategies
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Marketing or a related discipline such as Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Communications, or other related fields.
- Basic analytical skills: proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, data visualisation); familiarity with SQL or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio).
- Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, and e‑commerce platforms in the UK market.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or campaign operations from coursework, personal projects, or previous internships.
- Background in digital marketing agencies, account management, or consulting.
