This role offers the opportunity to build and scale local operations while working closely with global product and strategy teams to shape the future of livestreaming.Responsibilities- Lead and scale TikTok LIVE operations across key emerging markets, translating product vision and strategic direction into actionable business goals and execution plans.- Own the regional livestreaming business: identify, onboard, and manage relationships with local agencies, creators, and content partners.- Drive online and offline marketing initiatives, including brand campaigns, educational programs, and participation in industry events and forums.- Build and lead a high-performing local team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and impact.Minimum Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in content, partnerships, marketing, or business operations in technology, media, entertainment, or related industries.- Strong business acumen and familiarity with the dynamics of emerging markets, has 0 to 1 market launch experience.- Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy.- Fluent in English.Strong understanding of local economic and financial landscapes.-
