The Agency Partnership team is responsible for building long term partnerships with agencies/brands across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Partnership
    • Establish and manage client relationships with network media agencies
    • Develop and execute a customer-led growth strategy
    • Respond to inbound RFPs, proactively develop custom ideas, and deliver up-sell and always-on opportunities for your clients
    • Bid optimisation, budget management / pacing management
    • Build a healthy pipeline of revenue
    • Retain and grow revenue from advertisers
    • Provide clients with the highest level of sales and customer service
    • Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal and engineering
  • Campaign Planning and Management
    • Carry out health checks on campaigns to ensure they are set up and running as per best practice and optimised to meet or exceed pre-agreed benchmarks and targets
    • Facilitate clients' ad campaigns from start to finish
    • Manage internal account operations including account set up etc.
    • Conduct live platform demonstrations
    • Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customised for clients' business and problems
  • Product Management
    • Brainstorm, identify and implement advertising solutions on TikTok to deliver measurable results for clients
    • Serve as an external TikTok product consultant
    • Analyse data and glean insights to execute the client strategy and TikTok's marketing solutions

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications
    • Experience in ad sales marketing and development, or a related sales support function
    • Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics
    • Experience working with Network media agencies
    • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
    • Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Must be passionate about social media and the technologies used to support online and/or mobile advertising operations: ad serving, audience management tools, inventory applications, and third-party ad tags
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
    • The ideal candidate should also be a confident communicator, and able to organise and process information from multiple parties during a campaign set up
    • Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams
