About the TeamThe Supply Chain and Logistics team develops competitive logistics products and solutions that enable seller growth and improve the overall competitiveness of the UK e-commerce ecosystem.We are looking for a Seller Growth & Logistics Solutions Manager to drive logistics adoption and seller growth through industry-specific logistics solutions, competitive commercial propositions and customised seller solutions.ResponsibilitiesOwn seller growth strategy for UK logistics, identify addressable seller segments and develop initiatives to increase logistics adoption, penetration and volume;Analyse seller performance, logistics behaviour and industry characteristics to identify key growth opportunities and barriers;Design industry-specific logistics solutions based on seller characteristics including parcel profile, AOV, delivery requirements, logistics model, cost sensitivity and customer experience expectations;Develop differentiated logistics propositions across key industries and seller segments rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all logistics solution;Design B2C and B2B logistics solutions covering different seller fulfilment models and business scenarios;Act as a key logistics solution interface for front-end industry and
