This role will focus on acquiring, onboarding, incubating and growing local agencies, while building long-term strategic partnerships that drive creator supply and business growth.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute agency acquisition and growth strategies based on market insights, competitive analysis and business priorities.- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective agencies, identify high-potential partners and establish long-term partnerships.- Lead agency onboarding, incubation and activation, including workshops, training and tailored growth plans.- Own agency performance goals and KPIs, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities to improve agency and creator growth, retention and monetization.- Partner with agencies to improve creator recruitment, creator management, content quality and LIVE performance.- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support agency needs, resolve operational issues and scale best practices across the market.- Stay close to local market trends and provide insights on the Dutch creator, agency and livestreaming ecosystem.Minimum Qualification(s):- Bachelor's degree or above.- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships,
