Responsibilities

  • Scaled Portfolio Management: Own and manage a broad portfolio of creators across tiers, delivering a personalised, high-quality experience at scale, balancing efficiency with the "white glove" standard expected by top-tier talent.
  • Top Creator Management (1:1): Serve as the dedicated point of contact for high-revenue creators, building deep, trusted relationships and acting as their primary strategic advisor on the platform.
  • Talent Development: Proactively identify and nurture emerging creators, supporting their growth trajectory through coaching, content guidance, and structured development plans designed to accelerate progression into higher tiers.
  • Performance Management: Lead monthly data reviews, performance recaps, and forward-planning sessions with creators, using insights to set clear targets and drive continuous improvement in revenue and content quality.
  • Engagement Cadence: Maintain a structured and tiered engagement rhythm, from high-touch 1:1 relationship management for top creators to scalable 1:many check-ins, briefings, and strategic touchpoints for the broader portfolio.
  • Campaigns & Product Adoption: Drive creator participation in platform incentive campaigns and champion the adoption of new features and products, acting as the key bridge between TikTok and its creator community.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Continuously monitor creator performance data, translate insights into actionable strategies, and iterate on plans to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets, even in the face of challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams including product, marketing, and operations to amplify creator profiles, co-produce featured content, and contribute to improvements in the wider Creator Management model.
  • Platform & Industry Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of the livestream ecosystem and TikTok LIVE, sharing best practices and educating creators on how to optimise their content and sessions for maximum performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications: 4 years of working experience in Talent, Influencer, or Creator Management. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Demonstrated understanding of the livestream landscape, including platform dynamics, creator behaviour, and audience engagement. Proven ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a team environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years of working experience preferably within a live-streaming platform or content ecosystem. Ability to manage a large, diverse portfolio of creators at scale while tailoring communication and approach to individual needs and platform priorities. Strong influencing skills, with the ability to align both external creator partners and internal stakeholders around platform priorities and business growth objectives. Highly organised, with the ability to build and maintain robust tracking systems that support portfolio management and performance monitoring. Results-oriented mindset with strong data analysis skills, able to translate performance insights into clear, actionable strategies. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the agility to adapt priorities and approaches as the business scales.
