The Portuguese LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our mission is to champion and grow TikTok LIVE by empowering creators to build a creative, fun, and safe space for all users. We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Influencer Operations Manager (Portuguese Speaking) – the first role of its kind to launch and build the TikTok LIVE ecosystem in the Portuguese market. You will play a key role in shaping market entry strategy, acquiring and managing creators, and driving performance and engagement across the local creator community. This role requires a deep understanding of influencer culture, strong operational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. You will be instrumental in laying the foundation for LIVE operations in a new market and ensuring long‑term growth and success.

- Drive creator acquisition and retention strategies tailored to the Portuguese-speaking community.

Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 3 years of experience in talent or influencer management.
- Strong understanding of the livestreaming ecosystem and creator economy.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional team.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English to communicate with local creators, agencies, and internal teams.
- Preferably with a strong focus on campaign planning and strategic operations.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
