The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.
The LIVE Operations team is looking for an enthusiastic LIVE Influencer Operations Manager to build strategic, successful, long-term relationships with local creators.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with creators such as celebrities, influencers and content creators for the livestream ecosystem.
- Conduct training and educational workshops to manage creator content and improve livestream quality.
- Provide account support to solve creators' problems, refine their content performance and reputation.
- Collaborate across teams to promote campaigns and creator profiles and produce featured content.
- Gather insights and analysis of relevant data for creator performance.
- Establish policies and guidelines for creator management and partnerships, monitor and provide sufficient feedback for LIVE features.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Over 2 years of working experience in talents/influencer management.
- Experience in sales or gaming is preferred.
- C2 Level written and spoken ability in Polish to communicate and build deep relationships with Polish speaking creators.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Understanding and previous experience working within the livestream ecosystem and applications, heavy user on TikTok LIVE is preferred.
- Work collaboratively and commitment to the team.
- Professional, patient and skillful communication.
- Result-oriented, good data analysis skills and capacity for pressure.
